View account balances

You can view your account balances for Macquarie Wrap and Macquarie Vision:

  • In Macquarie Online Banking – See your account balances on the home page once you’ve logged in.
  • In the Macquarie Mobile Banking app – See your account balances on the home page once you’ve logged in. You can also view your account balances via a ‘Quick view’ feature that shows you a snapshot of your account balances without you having to log into the app. Select the settings icon at the top of your account list and select Quick view. You can modify or turn off quick view by repeating this process.

The following products are not viewable on Macquarie Online Banking:

  • Macquarie Allocated Annuity
  • Macquarie Flexible Rollover Funds.

View historic transactions

To view Macquarie Wrap transactions in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over your Investment, Superannuation or Trading account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select View investment transaction in the menu drop-down
  4. Select either View by date or View by security
  5. To print transactions, select the printer icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once the transactions have returned in a search, select the download arrow button on the right to download into .CSV or .QIF format.

Attach a receipt, document or image for a cash transaction

You can attach receipts, documents, or images to any transaction in the following accounts in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  • Macquarie Cash Management Account
  • Macquarie Wrap Cash Account
  • Macquarie Consolidator Cash Account
  • Macquarie Vision Cash Account.

These will be stored in a secure vault where only account holders or parties with appropriate permission can view, upload and delete these attachments.

JPG, PNG, PDF, Word or Excel files under 5MB in size can be attached to a transaction.

View and download a receipt, document or image for a cash transaction

To download attachments in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over your account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select View cash transactions in the menu drop-down
  4. Under Transactions, select a transaction for which you’d like to download an attachment
  5. In the Transaction details pane, hover over the attachment image
  6. Select the download icon.

To download attachments in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select your account from the account list
  2. Under Transactions, select the transaction that has the attachment
  3. Select the attachment
  4. Select the icon in the top right-hand corner
  5. Select Save image.

View trade details

To access your trade details:

  1. Go to macquarie.com.au and log in to Macquarie Online
  2. Select your wrap account from the Accounts menu
  3. Select Investment Transactions from the top menu
  4. Click on the paperclip icon next to the trade you’d like to download the trade details for
  5. Click on the image on the right-hand side under attachments
  6. You can also download or print your trade details by scrolling down and selecting Print trade summary.

Trade details are currently available online for Investment Wrap clients only.

Can’t access your trade details?

If you’re having trouble accessing your trade details on Macquarie Online Banking, your financial adviser can also access a copy and provide it to you.
