How to log in

To access your account information in Macquarie Online:

  1. On macquarie.com.au select Log in
  2. Select Macquarie Online
  3. If this is your first log in to Macquarie Online, select New to Macquarie? to register with your Macquarie ID and mobile number
  4. Once you've registered, enter your Macquarie ID and password on the log in page. Select Log in.

Having trouble logging in to Macquarie Online Banking?

Try one or more of these steps:

  1. Login from our home page: If you’re seeing an error that says ‘You are not registered for this service’: you might be trying to log in on the wrong page. Check that you’re logging in via macquarie.com.au and selecting Macquarie Online as the login option.
  2. Check your Macquarie ID is correct
  3. Reset your password 
  4. Change your internet browser: If you’re seeing ‘A system error has occurred’, it’s possible that the login issue could be related to your internet browser. Try using a different browser to log in
  5. Try another device: If you’re having problems accessing Macquarie Online through a browser on your mobile or tablet, try using another mobile device or a desktop PC or laptop. We recommend using the Macquarie Mobile Banking app on a mobile or tablet.

Log out of Macquarie Online Banking

Logging out of Macquarie Online Banking at the end of your session will help keep your account secure. 

  1. Select Log out in the right-hand corner of the top menu bar
  2. A log out notification will be displayed on screen.

You’ll also be logged out of your session after a period of inactivity.
