Home loan application - Complete this online form to apply for a home loan with Macquarie. For more information, please visit Home loans.
Discharge authority - Use this form when you have sold your property, are repaying your home loan in full, or refinancing your home with another lender. For more information, see Discharging your home loan.
Financial assistance application - If you're experiencing financial difficulty, you can submit an online application for financial assistance.
Home loan variation application - Use this form to convert to, or extend, an existing Interest Only term or remove a borrower from your home loan.
Loan purpose change - Use this form to request a change to the loan purpose (e.g. Investment or Owner Occupied). For more information, see Changing the purpose of your home loan.
Third party authority - Use this form to nominate or remove a third party authority on your home loan. For more information, see Third party authority for your accounts.
Power of Attorney - Use this form to nominate a Power of Attorney (POA) on your account and provide us with a certified copy of the POA statutory document. For more information, see Third party authority for your accounts.
Withdrawal form - amounts greater than $100,000 - Only use this form to request a withdrawal of over $100,000 from your home loan or offset account, or for a withdrawal from your Reverse Mortgage account. For withdrawals less than $100,000, this can be done via Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app(excluding Reverse Mortgages) using Macquarie Authenticator.
