Before you start a live chat to consolidate your home loan accounts, it’s important to remember:
- We’re unable to transfer a limit from a principal and interest account to an interest only account without a top-up application being approved. If you’d like to increase the interest only portion of your home loan, please use live chat to discuss your options.
- The balances following consolidation can’t exceed the facility limit.
- The limit on each of your account/s following consolidation must be above $20,000.
- Changes to a fixed rate account may incur a break cost. These may be substantial.
- We can only transfer limits between accounts within the same home loan facility.
- You won’t be able to access your accounts online once closed so you’ll need to download any previous statements you need before this occurs.
