What can I do with my transaction attachments?

You can easily add, view or download transaction attachments (receipts, documents or images) in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

All attachments are stored in a secure vault where only account holders or parties with appropriate permission can view, upload and delete these attachments.

JPG, PNG, PDF, Word or Excel files under 5MB in size can be attached to a transaction.

How do I add, view or download transaction attachments in Macquarie Online Banking?

  1. Select your account from the Account list
  2. Select the relevant transaction to bring up the transaction details.
  3. Drag a file, or click in the area under Attachments to add a file. Click on a file to download it.

You can also add an attachment on the Optional details screen while making a payment.

How do I add, view or download transaction attachments in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

  1. Select your account from the Account list
  2. Select the relevant transaction to bring up the transaction details
  3. To add a file, select Add attachment. To download a file, select the more button on the right of the file and select Download.

You can also add an attachment on the Enter details screen while making a payment.
