Access statements and reports

To view and download Macquarie Online Trading account statements from Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Select Investments
  2. Select your Macquarie Online Trading account
  3. Select Accounts, and then Reports.

The following reports are available:

  1. Financial Year Summary
    • Holdings Valuation at the start and end of the year
    • Portfolio at the start and end of the year
    • Total brokerage
    • Information service fees (if appliable)
    • Estimated dividends and distributions
    • Estimate franking credits
    • Transaction summary.
  2. Trading account summary
    Once running a report, it will show ‘pending’ in Show Report while it generates. You can click Refresh after a few moments and then download via PDF or CSV.

Download transaction history

You can download your transaction history for Macquarie Online Trading at any time (formal periodic statements are not produced). 

To view your transactions in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Select your Macquarie Online Trading account from the account list
  2. Select Portfolio
  3. Select send by email using the white check box

View contract notes for executed trades

You will receive a trade confirmation and contract note by email when a buy or sell order executes using your Macquarie Online Trading account. 

To view contract notes for all orders placed on a Macquarie Online Trading account:

  1. Log into trading.macquarie.com.au with your Macquarie ID and password
  2. Hover on Orders and click Orders on the top menu
  3. Go to the heading Order History for your previous order history or go to the heading Contract Note History for contract notes
  4. Click on the Contract Note Number (in blue) for the contract note you would like to view under the heading, Contract
  5. Click on View the Contract Note in the small pop out window.

You can look up your previous order history or contract note history based on their stock codes or a time range by clicking on the search icon at the bottom of Order History or Contract Note History.

Receive a daily portfolio snapshot

If you’d like to receive a daily update of your portfolio’s standings at close of market, login to in Macquarie Online Banking and:

  1. Select your Macquarie Online Trading account from the account list
  2. Select Portfolio
  3. Select send by email using the white check box.
