How do I view my home loan repayment details?

You can view your loan repayment details via Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

  1. In Macquarie Online Banking, hover over your home loan account in the account list
  2. In the Macquarie Mobile Banking app, select your home loan account from the account list
  3. Click on the 'I want to' at the top of the screen near your account name
  4. Select View account and interest details.
     

How do I update my home loan repayment direct debit details?

For home loans with a BSB starting 182, you can update your ‘loan repayment’ direct debit details or your ‘fees and charges’ direct debit details via Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

Follow the below steps to view this information:

  1. In Macquarie Online Banking, hover over your home loan account in the account list OR in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app, select your home loan account from the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select Manage home loan
  4. Select Manage direct debit
  5. Select Home loan repayments and then Next
  6. Select the new account to debit from or Add new. The account must be in the name of at least one of the borrowers. If you have a company, trust or construction loan, we may contact you to ask for more details.
  7. Select Review/Confirm
  8. Once you’ve reviewed, select Confirm to finalise your changes.

This change will only update your loan repayment direct debit. To update your fee repayment details, repeat steps 1-4, then select Fees and Charges. Continue with steps 5-8.

If you are needing to cancel a direct debit to make your own repayments, follow steps 1-5 then select Cancel direct debit. Please note you will need to have a direct debit set up for fees and charges on each home loan account so are unable to cancel these. 

If you have multiple home loan accounts, you’ll need to repeat the steps above to update ‘loan repayment’ direct debit details and ‘fees and charges’ direct debit details for each home loan account. 

For home loans with a BSB starting 183, you are unable to update your direct debit account online so please get in touch with a Macquarie consultant using live chat.
