If you currently have an Investment loan and would like to request to change the loan purpose to Owner Occupied, you’ll need to provide the following:
- A completed Home Loan Variation Form. All parties to the loan will need to sign with wet ink and electronic signatures won’t be accepted.
- Supporting documents (no older than 30 days) evidencing your residency at the property (e.g. utility bill, drivers’ licence, council rate notice).
