How do I manually import my Business Savings Account transactions into my accounting software?

To manually import your transactions into an accounting software, you’ll need to generate a transaction report in Macquarie Online Banking.  

  1. Select Accounts from the side menu; or first select the menu icon in top left-hand corner to display the side menu 
  2. Select the account you want to download the transaction history for 
  3. Scroll through the transactions list until all the required transactions are displayed on screen 
  4. Select the ‘Download’ icon on the top right and select the required file format (note: only the transactions that are visible on screen will be downloaded - to see more transactions in the download, scroll down on your browser to display more transactions, then click Download). 

You can then manually import your transaction report into your accounting software.
