We’ll use your preferred name to address you online and when you call us.
To set or change your preferred name in Macquarie Online Banking:
- Select the profile icon in the top banner
- Select the Pencil icon alongside Preferred name in the My details section
- Enter your preferred name
- Select Save.
To set or change your preferred name in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app
- Select Menu in the icon bar from the bottom right corner
- Select View profile
- Select Edit next to your profile
- Enter your preferred name in Profile name
- Select Save.
