Cash flow and cash flow predictions

The cash flow feature offers a comprehensive monthly analysis your spending patterns, as well as the ability to forecast your future cash flow, empowering you make more informed financial decisions.

What do we base our predictions upon?

Your transactional data, over the period of last 24 months, for all selected eligible accounts.

What makes an account eligible?

The account must have at least 12 months of transactional data. This does not have to be consecutive, but we require at least 12 months with one transaction for the account to be eligible for predictions

How do we calculate our predictions?

We use Machine Learning models to predict the cash flow. This feature is developed primarily using BigQuery Machine Learning. The data is aggregated at a monthly level, pre-processed to remove outlier values, and then fed to the ML model. This will predict the future cash flow which then gets stored in the BigQuery table and sent to online and mobile banking for you to see.
