View accounts

Home loan accounts identified by a BSB starting with 182 can be viewed in our Macquarie Broker Portal.  

You and your support staff can check:  

  • Home loan details  
  • Loan type and split  
  • Anniversary date  
  • Current repayment amount and interest rate  
  • Fixed rate and interest only period expiry 
  • Remaining loan term
  • Offset accounts linked to accounts.

You can easily search by name or account number to view this information. Only loan accounts identified by a BSB starting with 182 will be displayed. 

For home loan accounts with a BSB beginning with 183 (or previously 032), your client can view their loan accounts via Macquarie Online Banking. For more information, see our article on viewing your home loan structure and information.

Please note your client provides their consent in their loan documentation for you to be able to access their loan details. They can revoke their consent at any time after settlement which will remove your ability to view their account details.

View interest rates

In our Macquarie Broker Portal, search using your client’s name or account number, through the existing loans section.  

Clicking on the results will show a preview panel providing more information about that loan. To get a more comprehensive view, you can select the View Facility button.  

Link offset to a different home loan account

Your client can link their offset account to another home loan account. Your client will need to contact us to arrange this. The offset account must be linked to a variable interest rate account to ensure they continue to receive offset benefits.  

To help your client prepare for the call, they’ll need to determine which variable home loan account they’d like the offset to be linked to. They can view their account breakdown on Macquarie Online Banking.
