There are a number of features that your clients can access online with Macquarie.
Macquarie Authenticator
Macquarie Authenticator is a mobile app we’ve built to help clients keep their accounts even more secure, and it’s our recommended verification method. Authenticator sends your client actionable push notifications instead of SMS when they’re prompted to verify certain transactions and account changes when using both the Macquarie Mobile Banking app and Macquarie Online Banking.
The Macquarie Authenticator app:
- sends push notifications to your client’s mobile or tablet for real-time control to approve or deny online transactions made from their account
- provides rolling codes that are available 24/7 without the reliance of a cellular or data network, overcoming SMS issues when your client is travelling overseas, so no matter where they are in the world, they’ll have complete control over their account activity.

Macquarie Marketplace
With Macquarie Marketplace, your client can purchase eGift cards at up to 10% off at a wide range of leading Australian retailers. Your clients can purchase eGift cards within their Mobile Banking App or Macquarie Online Banking using their offset or transaction account and will be available for use instantly.
If your client has a credit card that earns Macquarie Rewards, they can also redeem their points for eGift cards within Macquarie Marketplace.

Mobile banking app
The Macquarie Mobile Banking app is our cutting-edge digital app that makes managing money simple and convenient for your clients.
The Macquarie Mobile Banking app is available for Apple iOS and Android devices and is free to download from the app store – just search for Macquarie Mobile Banking.
Once your client has downloaded the app, they can follow the on-screen prompts to link their account details:
- Enter their Macquarie ID and password
- Select and confirm a four-digit PIN for logging into the app
- Choose to use biometrics for face or fingerprint login to the app (optional).
Your client will need to log in and set their password on Macquarie Online Banking before using the app.
