Stage of application

How you amend your client’s loan amount, splits or repayment types depends on which stage of the application you are in.
 

Making changes while an application is in progress

ApplyOnline can be amended to alter loan amount, splits and/or repayment type. Our Credit team can amend the loan amount, however you’ll need to make any changes to splits, product changes, or repayment types in ApplyOnline.
 

Making changes once an application is formally approved

ApplyOnline does not allow editing to applications that have been formally approved. If you want to amend the loan amount, splits and/or repayment type after the application is formally approved, the application will need to be cloned and resubmitted. You’ll also need to send us the supporting documents with the corresponding newly created file number.

There is generally no fee associated with altering loan amount, splits and/or repayment type before your client's loan settles.

Changes to panel solicitor and authority for surplus

The panel solicitor is auto-assigned at formal approval based on the state of the primary security and is unable to be changed.

You can change your client’s authority for surplus to pay a third party if it’s requested in the settlement authority. Our panel solicitors will contact your client directly to validate the change request and to confirm the account details of the third party.

Withdraw an application

To withdraw an application, you’ll need to contact us via live chat in Broker Portal. Please have the APP number and reason for withdrawal.
