You can run a report by holdings that will go across all of your clients and show which clients do or do not hold certain securities. You’ll also be able to view the security types owned by your clients. See adviser level reporting for more information. 

To generate a holdings by account report:

  1. Log in to Adviser Online    
  2. Select Reporting in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click Client and adviser reporting
  3. Click run a report across all my clients’ accounts
  4. Click generate adviser reports
  5. Select Holdings by Account
  6. Filter by security type and security
  7. Click generate.

You can also confirm what assets are held by a particular client with the Portfolio Valuation tab.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Search for the account using the account name or number in the global account search bar
  3. Click the Portfolio Valuation tab.
