How to set up an alert

You can set up notifications in Adviser Online for:

  • Cash balance thresholds - a cash balance threshold alert will notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are greater than or less than a specified amount.
  • Insufficient funds for upcoming payments - An insufficient funds for upcoming payments alert will notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are insufficient to pay a pending Adviser Initiated Payment (AIP) within 5 business days.

Please note, you can only set up notifications across your clients’ Macquarie Cash Management Accounts (CMA). This includes standalone CMAs and Macquarie Wrap IDPS CMAs only.

Steps to follow:

  2. Click the bell icon to the right of the global search
  3. Select Settings
  4. To turn the insufficient funds for upcoming payment alert on, select the toggle next to insufficient funds for scheduled payments
