Helping you prepare for EOFY
EOFY is just around the corner. To ensure the run towards 30 June is as smooth as possible for you and your clients, we’ll keep you updated on all things EOFY. Keep an eye out for our communications and updates or visit our EOFY Hub for more information.
EOFY Key dates:
- Wrap Tax elections are open
If you have Wrap investment clients, you have until 5 July 2022 to make your tax elections online. We expect the first tranche of tax reports to be available online from the end of July and we’ll notify you and your clients once their tax report is available to view/download.
- Advice Fee Consent
Please provide us with your clients’ consent before the deadlines below to ensure you can continue to arrange advice fee deductions from their accounts from 1 July 2022.
We recommend submitting your Digital Fee Form via email verification to give you and your clients as much time as possible to complete and submit the form.
Please submit your forms by the deadlines below to ensure we can process them in time.
- 16 June 2022 for Digital Fee Forms submitted by Print, Sign and Upload
- 16 June 2022 for paper forms, required for grouped accounts
- 24 June 2022 for Digital Fee Forms submitted via email verification
If we don’t receive all the required consent forms for all your clients’ accounts, your last month of payment for these accounts will be in June 2022 for the advice fees accrued in the month of May 2022.

Introducing a more efficient way to complete Wrap forms
When you access the following Wrap forms from the Account Details page, the account information will now be pre-filled:
- Change of account details form
- Third party authority form
- Account nomination form
- Authorised broker form

What's next?
Locate the information you need on Adviser Online
We’re launching new features on Adviser Online to help you navigate the portal and find the information you need including:
1. A new user profile page which will display the key contact details associated with your Adviser Online account, including your login information as well as your email, phone number and address information.
2. A new CMA overview screen which will give you more visibility over your clients’ CMAs including recent transactions and requests, upcoming payments, related parties, and cash flow information.
3. An updated Term Deposit Account Details page with key information which will be displayed in a simpler format.
Keeping you up to date with your requests on Request Centre
To help you monitor your requests, we’re adding a Requests Tile to the Wrap Account Overview screen. This Request Tile will display the status of recent requests which have been submitted to Request Centre. We’re also adding a Highlights Tile which will display the insurance cover, pension and beneficiary information for super and pension accounts.

You’ll soon be able to upload all your cash application documentation to the one place with our new application feature
Next month we’ll be updating our cash online application to include a document upload tool. This tool will enable you to upload all the required documentation to complete your cash applications to the application portal, rather than emailing it to us. This new functionality will initially be optional for cash applications and will then become mandatory from 21 July 2022 onwards. We’re making this update in preparation for a number of upcoming changes to AML requirements in the next few months.
