Your relationship manager will contact you to let you know that your loan expiry date is approaching and will discuss your options, such as applying to extend the term of your loan (renew your loan) or repaying the loan.
If you plan to renew your loan, your relationship manager will outline what you need to do, which will depend on your circumstances and the information we already have. This may include:
We’ll specify what we need and by when. It’s important you send the requested documents according to the requirements and within the timeframe. Failure to do so may have an impact on future loan applications.
Once you’ve supplied the information requested, there is no additional action you need to take.
Your relationship manager will get in touch to let you know the outcome of your loan renewal request and advise you on the next steps.
If we haven’t heard from you or received the requested information within three months of your loan expiry, you’ll be required to repay your loan in full. We’ll give you three months’ notice of the date you'll be required to repay the loan in full by.
