How can I get a payout figure for my customer's home loan?

The process to get a payout figure is different depending on the type. If you're requesting:

  • An indicative payout figure for your customer's home loan, including information on their loan balance, interest accrued, break cost fee (applicable to fixed rates only) and discharge fee, email us at customersolutions@macquarie.com.au.
  • A final payout figure, contact your customer's acting solicitor or conveyancer for the final payout figure applicable at settlement. This will be available 1-2 business day/s prior to settlement.

A payout figure will be made available 1-2 business day/s prior to settlement. You’ll need to contact your customer’s acting solicitor or conveyancer.
