Prior to calling:
- Arrange for your client to open a transaction account in Macquarie Online banking, so we’re able to link the account once the change has been made. Please note this should be created with the same Macquarie ID’s as the borrowers on the home loan.
- Make them aware of the package fee that applies to our Offset Home Loan product. Details of the fee, as well as the package benefits are available on our Offset Home Loan page.
