Online applications

You can view your online applications from Adviser online up until they expire. Online applications have different expiry times depending on the product.

  • Cash products expire after 90 days 
  • Wrap products expire after 150 days

If your application expires, you’ll need to start another application.

View pending Cash application

To view a pending Cash application, you’ll need to:

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Pending applications
  3. Search for your application, using the application reference number or account name
  4. Click on the pending application record.

View pending Wrap application

To view a pending Wrap application, you’ll need to:

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Wrap pending applications
  3. Use the search filters to filter for your desired pending application
  4. If you’re unable to see an application that hasn’t expired yet, do the following:
  5. Click on View linked applications to view all applications which are within your dealer code or use the search to further filter the list
  6. Click on the application to open the form
  7. Proceed with the rest of the application.

View pending Macquarie Vision application

To view a pending Macquarie Vision application, you’ll need to:

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Vision pending applications
  3. Use the search filters to filter for your desired pending application
  4. If you’re unable to see an application that hasn’t expired yet, do the following:
  5. Click on View linked applications to view all applications which are within your dealer code or use the search to further filter the list
  6. Click on the application to open the form
  7. Proceed with the rest of the application.
