There are multiple ways to update your client's cash or Wrap account contact details:
- For standalone cash accounts, your client can change their contact details in Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking App. If your clients are unable to do this, or, need to change their mobile number, the best way is to get in touch with us via live chat.
- For Wrap accounts, your client can change their contact details using the Change of Account Details form located in Adviser Tools. If your clients need to change their mobile number, the best way is to get in touch with us via live chat.
Update client name to married name
To update your client’s name due to marriage, please provide:
- a copy of the marriage certificate issued by the Births, Deaths and Marriage office
- a letter displaying the new and old signature for the client if there has been any change.
