    • When revenue ≥$30,000,000, maximum lending of 3 x EBITDA*
    • When revenue <$30,000,000, maximum lending of 2 x EBITDA*
  • Interest Only (IO) is available for up to 2 years and longer terms may be considered.
  • Valuation based on multiple of EBITDA* (MBL internal valuation completed).

All applications require company financials and a loan application form for the directors.

Case study 1

  • A fast-growing IT business (cloud migration and security specialist) sought a new banking relationship to help fund their growth

  • They required:

    1. $1,250,000 working capital and growth facility

    2. $1,000,000 term loan to replace their existing, more expensive convertible note

  • Total lend was $2,250,000 and loans were secured by a general security agreement (GSA) and supporting guarantees from the three directors/shareholders
