Lending guide

Qualifying criteria

  • Maximum LVR up to 2 x EBITDA* subject to business turnover
  • Interest only terms available for up to 2 years. Longer terms may be considered.
  • Loan sizes are dependent on a number of factors, but our target lending requirements are typically $1 million and above
  • Products available include:
    • Fully Drawn Advance
    • Revolving line of Credit
    • Overdraft.
    • Rental and performance bond guarantees#
  • Business assets and / or property assets can be used as security

  • An architecture client had a significant amount of cash on their balance sheet for contingency purposes, plus cash backed rental bond guarantees
  • Macquarie Business Banking provided goodwill secured rental bonds and a business overdraft (interest only)
  • This allowed the business to pay out higher dividends to owners with the knowledge they had liquidity and working capital lines allowing the business owners to use these funds to repay non-deductable housing debts.
