Search for transactions

Go to the search bar on the home page and you’ll see two options in the dropdown menu:

Some important things to note, so you get the most out of the search capability:

• Once you’ve selected the fields you wish to search by, your results will be sorted in descending date order
• If you want to include a closed account in your search, you’ll need to tick the box that says, “Include closed accounts” and select the closed accounts you wish to include
• You can only search across closed accounts if you had access to view the account at the time it was closed
• Your transaction history is available for up to 10 years, prior to the date of your search. You can only search for results within that 10-year period in intervals of 3 years. If you select a date longer than 10 years, you’ll be asked to enter a new date range
• You can print your transaction list or export it as a CSV file. Print or export icons are at the top of your transaction list, on the right-hand side of your screen
• Your settled and uncleared transactions will be listed in the results screen separately. You can only print your list of uncleared transactions
• For any settled transactions, including transactions settled on the day of your search, you can print or choose to export them as a CSV file
• If we return a large amount of search results matching the search criteria, there may be too many for us to display all of them on-screen, but they’ll all be in your printed or exported CSV file
• If you choose to export a CSV file, no BSB numbers will be exported (only account number, and other fields provided in the transaction history file).
