Set up your favourite accounts

Favourite accounts are a way of making your most frequently used accounts easy to find when you need them.

You can add as many favourite accounts as you like, and they'll appear at the top of your dashboard in Macquarie Business Online. Your first three favourite accounts will also appear at the top of the Accounts tab in the menu.

Add a favourite account

  1. Log in to Macquarie Business Online
  2. On the menu, navigate to Accounts and select All Accounts
  3. Hover over the right-hand side of an account and three dots will appear
  4. Click on the three dots
  5. Select Add to favourites.

Remove a favourite account

  1. Log in to Macquarie Business Online
  2. On the menu, navigate to Accounts and select All Accounts
  3. Hover over the right-hand side of an account in your favourite accounts list and three dots will appear
  4. Click on the three dots
  5. Select Remove from favourites.

Who else can see your favourite accounts?

Favourite accounts can only be seen by you and can’t be seen by others who also access the accounts.
