For the best possible experience, we recommend you start a screen sharing session from your desktop computer or laptop.
Follow the steps outlined below when prompted by our consultant.
To end a screen sharing session, simply click End Session at the top of your screen. Once the session has ended, we’ll no longer be able to view your web browser.
We’ll be able to see everything on the Macquarie websites that you have open, except for passwords and other sensitive information which will be blurred out.
It’s important to note that we can only view Macquarie websites/domains, such as MBO.
We can’t view any other applications on your computer, or even other tabs in your web browser. Its sole purpose is to help you with any problems you may be having with MBO.
