Deposit accounts for business

Macquarie offers a range of deposit accounts so you can manage your cash in a way that works for your business.

The four main types of deposit accounts are:

  1. Transaction accounts
  2. Investment accounts
  3. Term Deposits
  4. Trust accounts (including regulated trust accounts).

To see if your business is eligible to open one or more of the above accounts with us, speak to your relationship manager or request a call with one of our banking specialists.

Fees on deposit accounts

  • Transaction accounts: Interest rate plans and fee plans are customised to meet your needs.
  • Investment accounts: Interest rate plans and fee plans are customised to meet your needs.
  • Term Deposits: There are no ongoing fees on Business Banking Term Deposits. However, if you break your Term Deposit early, you may be subject to an interest adjustment.
  • Trust accounts: Fees can’t be charged on regulated trust accounts and are redirected to a general operating account. For certain trust accounts, interest is paid to the relevant state governing body. Both the client and end beneficiary do not usually receive any interest on funds held in a trust account.

Details of any fees and charges that may apply to your accounts can be found in our Deposit Products and Non-cash Payment Facilities Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which is available on our website.
