How to access your statements

We’ll give you a statement of account for each of your loan accounts at least every six months for the period of 1 January to 30 June and 1 July to 31 December in accordance with the notice delivery provisions under your loan contract. 

You can also request account statements more frequently by contacting us. 

If you register to access your loan accounts through Macquarie Business Online, you’ll access your statements of account electronically through that platform.

If you don’t register to access your loan accounts through Macquarie Business Online, or if you notify us in writing that you don’t want to receive account statements electronically, we’ll provide paper statements. It’s important to note that we may charge you a fee for this service as set out in your loan contract.

Request a paper statement

You can request for a mailed loan statement by contacting your relationship manager. Please include your account number and statement period in your request and specify that you would like to receive this in the mail.

Statements for a discharged mortgage or closed loan account

When your loan account is closed, we’ll give you a closing statement in accordance with the notice delivery provisions under your loan contract.  

Alternatively, you can generate an electronic bank statement on an account which was closed within the last two years, as long as you had electronic banking access for that account on the day that it was closed. 

You can also obtain an additional copy of your closed loan statement up to seven years after the loan account was closed by contacting your relationship manager. To avoid delays please include the required account number and statement period.
