We’ll give you a statement of account for each of your loan accounts at least every six months for the period of 1 January to 30 June and 1 July to 31 December in accordance with the notice delivery provisions under your loan contract.
You can also request account statements more frequently by contacting us.
If you register to access your loan accounts through Macquarie Business Online, you’ll access your statements of account electronically through that platform.
If you don’t register to access your loan accounts through Macquarie Business Online, or if you notify us in writing that you don’t want to receive account statements electronically, we’ll provide paper statements. It’s important to note that we may charge you a fee for this service as set out in your loan contract.
