PropertyHub is used to order valuations for use in the assessment of your client’s application.
To register to use PropertyHub:
- Log in to PropertyHub via the Macquarie Broker Portal in the Important Links section on the home page
- Search address and select Order
- When prompted to select the lender, scroll to the Macquarie Bank tile
- Once located select Register
- Upfront valuations ordered via PropertyHub don’t require a promo code. Simply log into PropertyHub, search and locate the subject property, and order the valuation.
Following our approval, which will be completed within one business day, you’ll be all set to order upfront valuations via PropertyHub.
Please note, our valuations service on PropertyHub is designed to be used only for applications that you place with Macquarie and we expect this service to be used with accurate data and in good faith. This includes using an accurate ‘estimated market value’ and ‘loan amount’, and only completing the ‘Do any of these apply?’ section where appropriate. Inappropriate use of PropertyHub may result in your access being suspended.
