How do I close a Cash Management Account?

To close a Macquarie Cash Management Account (CMA):

  1. Download and complete the withdrawal form
  2. Return the completed form via email to transact@macquarie.com.

How do I close a Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account (Accelerator)?

To close a Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account (Accelerator):

  1. Log in to Adviser Online.
  2. From the global search bar, select Accounts from the drop-down menu.
  3. Search for your client’s Accelerator account number or name.
  4. Select your client’s Accelerator Account.
  5. Select Account Details.
  6. Select Close Account.
  7. Once the closure request has launched, review the closure details and follow the prompts to submit the request.

Note: To close a Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account (Accelerator), advisers will need to complete their request digitally using Adviser Online. Paper form withdrawals submitted by an adviser for the purpose of account closure will no longer be processed.
