Macquarie uses multi-factor authentication as an extra layer of security that helps protect your accounts and the personal information with Macquarie.
Multi-factor authentication requires you to enter two pieces of information to confirm transactions and tasks – your password and one other piece of information that you can provide to verify yourself.
You’ll need to use multi-factor authentication to authorise all Macquarie Business Online transactions and some tasks. This could be done via:
- an actionable push notification we send to your Macquarie Authenticator app
- a code from your Macquarie Authenticator app.
