What is ApplyOnline?

ApplyOnline (AOL) allows you to track and manage all your loan applications in one place. With the ApplyOnline mobile app you can:  

  • track all milestones and events in a single feed  
  • access a consolidated view of your portfolio  
  • receive comprehensive updates at each stage of the loan process  
  • search for a specific application in your pipeline  
  • manage push notifications for real time status updates and events.  

Download the ApplyOnline mobile app

The ApplyOnline mobile app can be found in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. To download the app and register:

  1. Search for “ApplyOnline” in Google Play or the Apple App Store 
    • Apple: Select Get in the App Store to download 
    • Android: Select Install in the Google Play Store to download 
  2. Enter your phone number to verify your account  
  3. You'll receive a PhoneCode verification code. Enter the verification code and select Verify
  4.  Select Log in and enter your ApplyOnline desktop credentials.  

You'll now be able to see your pipeline in the ApplyOnline mobile app. 

Note: If you don't have access to Your Settings in ApplyOnline desktop, please contact your aggregator for instructions.
