We accept electronic signatures for:
Substitution of security request: The Variation Acceptance form is sent via DocuSign to your client, which they can sign electronically. The original signed mortgage documents are required to be returned to our panel solicitor via post and must be received by the solicitor before settlement can be booked in.
Pre-settlement forms: We can accept electronic signatures on all our pre-settlement forms, as long as the platform used generates a digital receipt/audit certificate, which you will need to provide along with the electronically signed document.
