You can use our Broker Portal to keep track of in-progress home loan applications. Once you’ve registered your support staff, they’ll also be able to check the applications.
All applications are shown on the application list page:
- On the home page, in the Your Application section, select View all your applications
- On the application list page, select the application you're interested in
- On the application page, the status will be shown on top of the page
- Check any outstanding documents or clarification requests from our team.
Sorting the application list
You can adjust how you view your applications - e.g. by active applications, applications requiring a broker action, or by status.
Registered support staff who are linked to multiple brokers can also search by broker.
